3. Services Provided

We offer personalized online English language tutoring via video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) including assessments and optional homework review.

The services are for personal educational use and may not be resold, copied, or redistributed without our express permission.

4. User Accounts & Eligibility

To book sessions, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You must be at least 16 years old or have verifiable parental consent to use our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and for any activities conducted through your account.

5. Booking, Cancellations & Refunds

a. Booking

Sessions can be booked through our website or approved scheduling platforms (e.g., Calendly). Confirmation will be sent via email.

b. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
Missed or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be non-refundable at our discretion.

c. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in cases of confirmed overpayment and/or tutor unavailability.
Refunds are not granted for dissatisfaction with lesson content after delivery unless agreed upon.

6. Payments

All payments must be made in advance using approved payment providers (e.g., Twint). You agree to pay the listed prices, including applicable taxes or fees, in full before each session or subscription period.

Prices are subject to change, but you will be informed before any changes affect your future payments.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided during sessions — including lesson plans, teaching materials, and platform content — is the property of Learn English With Frau Morrison unless otherwise stated. You may use it for your personal educational purposes only.

You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without our express written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with:
